We expect ALL customers to read and understand these T&C’s  prior to booking any service with us to protect both you (the customer) and us (the detailer), thank you for understanding.

• When booking a mobile service a plug socket needs to be available for my 30 metre extension lead.
• Pictures are necessary to be provided an estimated quote.
• Prices MAY vary based on the size/condition of your car once I have arrived to the car or have been dropped off.
• All cars get a visual walk around prior working on and pictured to protect the company for any damage we have not caused.
• Pictures will be taken and possibly posted on social media but registrations get blurred unless you don’t want them to be.
• Odours are not guaranteed to be fully removed from your cars interior although we will try our best pending what service you select.
• Please allow the time dedicated or told to carry out the service otherwise full charges may incur as we would have lost that space.
• Mobile valet dates can change due to weather conditions so hope you understand or you can book at our unit for a guaranteed slot.
• Interiors of extremely dirty cars may not come up perfect so may need extra services to get a perfect finish which will affect the final price and finish.
• Paint enhancement jobs may not come up as good as the ones you may see on our gallery vice versa, this would possibly be down to how thick the lacquer is or how hard the lacquer is so may need to be upgraded to a paint correction to achieve a more desirable finish.
• Any issues with any services needs to be reported within 24 hours of completion of job.
• All customers who book vehicles in for our services over the value of £100 will require a non refundable 25% deposit if you cancel anytime less than 48hours of the job. The deposit will be refunded if we have to cancel the job or we can relocate the job booking and keep the deposit in place if notified before 48 hours.
